The Vista Verde Phase 1, a social interest housing project of 114 housing units is located in Naguabo, Puerto Rico. The project was developed and constructed by Pavarini Land Development, Inc from 2010 to 2017. The Phase 1 housing units includes three bedrooms units, an open space concept design and two bathrooms.
