PCD was awarded a Design & Build contract to convert a demolished structure and site into a recreational space for the elderly community in the town of Yabucoa. This new design includes a kitchen & classroom area, conference room, nursery and an administrative office.

PCD was awarded a design/build contract for the replacement of an electric escalator in one of the Terminals in the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
The scope of work includes precision demolition, challenging rigging of the existing escalator.
The structural analysis, design, and modifications to accommodate the new geometry and forces of the replacement electric escalator are included in the scope of work to complete the project.

PCD has relocated to a newly renovated office space in a commercial building in Ave. Tejas Humacao, PR. Our new facility provides an open space office distribution, conference room, kitchenette, private accounting office and warehouse facilities.
