PCD was awarded a design/build contract for the replacement of an electric escalator in one of the Terminals in the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
The scope of work includes precision demolition, challenging rigging of the existing escalator.
The structural analysis, design, and modifications to accommodate the new geometry and forces of the replacement electric escalator are included in the scope of work to complete the project.

PCD has relocated to a newly renovated office space in a commercial building in Ave. Tejas Humacao, PR. Our new facility provides an open space office distribution, conference room, kitchenette, private accounting office and warehouse facilities.

PCD was awarded a Design & Build contract for the installation of Atlantic Anti Ram Crash Beams to secure access to the airport airfield and runways and improve security at the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
PCD was also awarded a Design & Build contract for the renovation of the Vehicular Gate #2 at the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. The scope of work includes the interior and exterior renovations of the guard house structure including the relocation of the bathroom, installation of bulletproof window, lighting fixtures, and doors.
